Affirmations for anxiety:

Affirmations for depression:
- I’m okay
- Tomorrow is another day
- I am loved
- I am strong and resilient
- I deserve joy
Affirmations for overall wellbeing:
- I love and accept myself
- I am grateful for (my friends, my family, my career, etc.)
- I am healthy and energetic
- I love my life
- It feels good to take care of myself
